2021 Cabernet Syrah

This wine has aromas of earthiness from the Cabernet Franc, blueberries and black pepper from the Syrah and Cassis from the Cabernet Sauvignon all mingled with barrel influences of tobacco and sweet oak. The palate is equally complex bursting with ripe dark berries, grilled heirloom tomatoes, smoked meats and spice.

60% Cabernet Franc, 34% Syrah, 6% Cabernet Sauvignon. Only 95 cases were made.
