2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

Desert-grown fruit that was destemmed and fermented in open-top vessels before being barrel aged in French and Hungarian oak barrels for 18 months. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a lovely deep ruby colour with aromas of dark, ripe black fruit and a whisper of violet followed by a powerful palate with flavours of cassis, dried figs, ripe fresh blackberries, sweet oak and hints of caramel leaving your palate draped in luxury. The tannins and finish are luxurious.
