2021 Bush Vine Syrah

Almost black in appearance and viscous when swirled in the glass. The nose is dense, with plum pudding, date emulsion, tapenade, and a balsamic reduction. Rich and ripe, the palate has a sweet black currant and blueberry compote note. Graphite and black tea notes give it an amazing complexity. This wine is showing its 18 months in French and Hungarian barriques, with coffee cake and chocolate mousse, and powerful tannins will give this wine excellent age ability.
