2022 Amber Pinot Gris

This wine was made naturally and was only lightly filtered. Two fermentation styles (destemmed and skin fermented along with whole cluster carbonic) using natural yeast, were combined and barrel-aged in neutral French oak. The result is a beautiful amber wine that entices the drinker with a citrus-forward nose and palate with baked and dried stone fruit.
