Returns & Refunds
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of Maverick Estate Winery wine that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory. Where possible, we ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to (info@maverickwine.ca) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Where possible, we are happy to replace the flawed product with a new bottle included in your next order, or we can refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will either receive a replacement shipment, or receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (778) 437-3133 for return instructions.
Cancellations
We understand that plans change, we make an order that we would like to change or cancel, or we need to skip a Club shipment.
Event and Reservation Cancellations
To cancel an event booking, please contact info@maverickwine.ca or call us at the winery (778-437-3133). We would be happy to help cancel or reschedule your visit to Maverick, and any changes or refunds will be made by a Maverick team member.
Order Cancellations or Redirects
To cancel or redirect an order, contact info@maverickwine.ca or call us at the winery (778-437-3133) as soon as you can. If your order has not yet shipped, we will let our team know and either refund your order to your credit card or redirect shipping as directed. If the order has already shipped, cancellations will be recalled with our fulfillment partner and we will refund the amount for the wines you ordered. For redirects, we will send directions to our shipping partner as directed. Please be advised that shipping charges may apply for delayed cancellations and redirected shipments.
Skipped Maverick Club Shipment
To skip your Maverick Club shipment, you can either log in to your Club account before the processing date and set the shipment to skip, or you can contact us at the winery (info@maverickwine.ca or 778-437-3133) and we will be happy to set your shipment to ‘skip’ for you.
