Destemmed fruit was left to ferment whole with only the natural yeasts and regular attention from our winemaking team before being pressed and aged for 8 months in neutral French oak. Yeilding a playful wine that has a perfumed aroma steeped with exotic fruit and a finessed palate that speaks of citrus rinds and warm spices. Only 66 cases were made

The direct press method allows this vintage to showcase Rosé in its most elegant form. A beautiful watermelon pink hue, this fun-loving wine ferments and ages for 6 months in stainless steel tanks bringing forward floral aromas with undertones of peach. 2 x 2022 Amber Pinot Gris $29.98 + tax 

This wine was made naturally and was only lightly filtered. Two fermentation styles (destemmed and skin fermented along with whole cluster carbonic) using natural yeast, were combined and barrel-aged in neutral French oak. The result is a beautiful amber wine that entices the drinker with a citrus-forward nose and palate that resembles a refreshing aperitif, along with baked and dried stone fruit
