2019 Blanc de Blanc

Beautiful deep straw colour, with a nice steady bead of effervescence. The nose is lifted and graceful with white flowers, chamomile tea, lemon blossom and white grapefruit. The palate is clean and bright with fresh pastry and citrus notes. Moves into a textural tone with lovely vanilla cream and peach lingering in the finish. An exquisite wine that is delicious now but will age gracefully for years.
